In these exciting times in which we are living, we are being challenged to move from a third into a fourth dimensional way of life. Making this quantum shift involves raising our vibrational frequency by absorbing more light into our cellular structure. As our bodies become more enlightened, old engrained mental and emotional patterns are released and we begin to live in our true state of health, joy and happiness.
This introductory day will explore ways of absorbing more light into our being. It will also explore the colours that constirute light and how we can beneficially work with these.

- Ways to help ourselves with colour
There will be practical work throughout the day.
